Project Information

My Deliverables

In 12 weeks, my goal was to present a B2C mobile interface that presents solutions for business representatives

How Can We?

Our team aimed to find a solution to make our product more accessible and user-friendly for business representatives to schedule appointments with our sales team

Understanding Users

Through user stories and past business deals, we needed to reconstruct our product layouts to be more engaging and convincing

Understanding the Business

I collaborated with data scientists to analyze the needs of business representatives so that we could meet their requirements

How I Tackled This

With the data, I reconstructed and personalized page layouts while telling a story about how the company's solutions can solve their needs

What I Designed

To increase business representatives' confidence in scheduling calls with our sales team, we made sure that each section of the layout was engaging and incentivizing enough to gain their trust

Design Goals

To ensure business representatives are confident in our product, I conduced A/B tests to theorize with factors would be stronger for sales leads

Comparing and Contrasting

With 8 A/B tests to factor, I discovered what business representatives are really looking when it comes to finding solutions

Including Other Factors

There were other recommendations to factor in order to give them a more friendly and trust-worthy experience

Presenting to Employees, VPs,
and the Prisma Team

During intern day, I presented my research findings and prototype to my team and received valuable feedback on further steps I could take to enhance the experience

What did I Learn

Managers don't provide much time to work on a single task. I learned to finish these tasks within hours. This helped me understand the timing since everyone has a busy schedule. Instead of focusing on the entire user experience process, I use the available resources and get the job done

Is Thank You Enough?

My first internship opened new people and new opportunities in my life to jump start my professional career as a designer. Thank you to the friends and employees to help me become a strong designer

As He Once Said

In order to help others, it's about helping yourself through micromanagement and push how far you can achieve in just a few hours. The key is to to simply do the work and go on from there

And Thank You to Everyone Else
